Effective as of August 19, 2026.

1. Service

TrackSaaS is an information service that references new SaaS projects every day (international) through a Telegram channel and a website.

2. Access

• Free plan: access to a daily sample (top 3) via the public Telegram channel.
• Premium plan ($9/month): access to the full list, industry filters, and competitor alerts. Billing is handled by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Subscription & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe account; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Nature of the information

Information published on TrackSaaS comes from public sources and is provided for informational purposes only. TrackSaaS does not guarantee the completeness or permanent accuracy of the referenced data. This service is not investment advice.

5. Intellectual property

All content (texts, lists, analyses) is the property of TrackSaaS. Any commercial reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Liability

TrackSaaS shall not be liable for decisions made by users based on the published information, nor for any indirect damages related to the use of the service.
